General Information

Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS)/Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DMMA) and Division of Developmental Disability Services (DDDS) would like to elicit public input regarding Delaware’s proposed amendment to its current the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based (HCBS) Waiver Program to create the Life Span Waiver. Developmental Disabilities Home and Community Based Waiver Program:

This home and community based waiver program is administered by the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS) . Services offered include all regularly covered Medicaid services (hospital, physician, lab, prescriptions) plus the following special waiver services:

  • Case Management
  • Day Habilitation
  • Institutional or In-home Respite Care
  • Residential Habilitation
