Following is a list of coma and brain injury rehabilitation programs in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. 

Note that many rehabilitation centers use a scale known as the Rancho Los Amigos Scale to screen and evaluate patients. The scale describes the various stages of recovery from a brain injury. The original scale includes 8 stages of recovery and the revised scale includes 10 stages.
