Managed Care Open Enrollment is Underway!

Between May 1 and May 30, 2008, you may change your health plan for any reason. Your manage care health plan choices are:

Unison Health Plan of Delaware
Delaware Physicians Care, Inc.
Diamond State Partners

Prior to May 1st, you will have received information to help you choose a plan. If you are happy with your current plan, you do not need to make any changes. You will stay in your current plan. If you would like to change your health plan, call the Health Benefits Manager (HBM) between May 1 and May 30.

Your new health plan will start on July 1, 2008.

For assistance, contact the Health Benefit Manager.
