Authorized Provider System
Welcome to the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services' Authorized Provider System (APS). The APS was established to simplify and expedite the process by which agencies and individual proprietors can become enrolled/authorized to provide residential, day, and/or behavioral services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in the State of Delaware.

- In the near future, the Authorized Provider Enrollment/Application will be available on the Delaware Medical Assistance Program website.** Until that time, please fill out and submit the Interim Application along with the Interim Business Plan outline and all required documents as noted on the application to the address on the application
