WHAT: It's time to acknowledge domestic violence as a public health issue. Learn about Delaware's newest initiative of state and local partners to promote healthy relationships, individuals, and violence-free environments. The THRIVE Delaware initiative is supported by over $2 million in federal funding through the Project Connect and DELTA FOCUS programs, which are focused on addressing and preventing domestic violence as a public health issue.

1.To Community Service Building Parking Garage (11th and Orange Streets) From 11th Street, turn left on Orange Street. The entrance to Community Service Building Parking Garage will be immediately on your left. (If you go past the Hotel du Pont you have gone 1 block too far).

2.To Community Service Building from parking garage (10th and Orange) Upon leaving the parking garage, walk to the nearest corner at 11th and Orange, (just a few steps). Staying on Orange, cross the street and walk up to 10th Street. You will see the building at 10th and Orange - an 11-story silver building - with Community Service Building sign above the front door. Please sign in at the front desk. Bring parking ticket with you for validation
