- Travel on I-95 South
- Take Christiana Mall Road/Route 1 South exit (exit 4A)
- Proceed on Route 1 South for approximately 4 miles
- Take US-13/Route 1 South to Dover/Seashore Points exit
- Continue South on Route 1 for approximately 55 miles
- Take exit for Route 113 South
- Proceed on Route 113 for approximately 3 miles
- Turn Left onto Route 14 (which becomes N.E. Front Street)
- Proceed for approximately 1.3 miles
- The Windsor Building will be on the right
From the South:
(Including: Delmar, Laurel and Seaford)
- Travel on Route 113 North
- Turn Right onto Route 16 East (in Greenwood)
- Turn Left onto Route 13 North (in Ellendale)
- Proceed on Route 13 North for approximately 5 miles
- Turn Right onto Route 14 East (in Milford)
- Proceed for approximately 1.3 miles on Route 14
- The Windsor Building will be on the right.
From the East:
(Including: Ocean City, Rehoboth and Dewey Beach)
- Travel on Route 1 North
- Take exit for Route 14 West
- Continue on Route 14 for approximately 3 miles and proceed a half block past Walnut Street
- The Windsor Building will be on the left
From the West:
(Including: Harrington)
- Travel on Route 14 East
- Proceed on Route 14 East for approximately 1.3 miles past the Route 14/Route 113 intersection in Milford (Hammond Cadillac is on the Left, Exxon on right)
- The Windsor Building will be on the right.
