Purpose: The Main Building houses administrative services for the following divisions:

  1. Right from Route 13 South (AKA North duPont Highway) into Delaware Health and Social Services'(DHSS) Herman M. Holloway Campus
  2. Right onto Schweidel Circle
  3. Right onto Sullivan Street(4th turn)
  4. The Adminstration Building is the second building on the right.
  5. The main entrance is indicated by the red "X" on the map.
