  1. Take the second entrance to the Governor Bacon Health Center by turning Left onto Wilmington Avenue and proceed under the Reedy Point Bridge

  2. Proceed on Wilmington Avenue across Delaware Avenue and Powers Lane.
  3. Building 16A/16B is the 5th building on the Left (after crossing Powers Lane)
