The Division of State Service Centers publishes the DIRECTORY of HUMAN SERVICES for DELAWARE every two years. The Directory is a resource guide to public and non-profit health and human services available in Delaware. It includes program descriptions, locations and telephone numbers, hours of operation, and eligibility requirements for services available throughout the state.
