Delaware Helpline
In partnership with the United Way of Delaware’s ‘First Call for Help’ and the State of Delaware’s Office of Management and Budget, the Delaware Helpline provides toll-free information and referral for persons seeking information about public and non-profit services. Division staff provide additional and/or emergency assistance to callers needing additional assistance.
