REPORTS AND STATISTICS
.The Division of Long Term Care Residents Protection issues survey reports to licensed/certified long term care facilities after each annual and complaint/incident survey. For a copy of a survey report, please contact the Division’s New Castle County office.
The Division does not issue other reports or prepare statistics on an ongoing basis.
