OFFICE LOCATIONS

MAIN/NEW CASTLE COUNTY OFFICE

This location is the main administrative office of the Division of Long Term Care Residents Protection. Housed in this office are the Director and Deputy Director of the Division, the administrators of the Division’s organizational sections, and the head of the agency’s fiscal operations. This location is also responsible for the Adult Abuse Registry, the Incident and Complaint Referral Center (IRC), the toll-free complaint and incident reporting numbers, and the Criminal Background Checks and Mandatory Drug Testing function. The office shares responsibility with the Division’s Kent/Sussex Counties office for investigations, facility surveys, and the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Registry.

KENT/SUSSEX COUNTIES OFFICE

This location shares responsibility with the Division’s New Castle County office for investigations, facility surveys, and the CNA Registry. The Kent/Sussex Counties office has primary responsibility for CNA certification renewals.
