Industry and Workforce Training Plan Using ARRA Weatherization Funds
Of the $13.7 million allocated to Delaware for weatherization, $2.4 million is designated to be used for training and technical assistance. This document provides the weatherization training strategy that will be carried out in conjunction with the actual weatherization of approximately 1,526 low-income homes, using ARRA funds over the next 3 years.
Adult Abuse Registry Online
The Division of Long Term Care Residents Protection maintains a listing of all persons in the State of Delaware who have a substantiated case of abuse, neglect, mistreatment, and/or financial exploitation in their backgrounds. Long Term Care Employers and private citizens can now check the Adult Abuse Registry online before hiring a private health care worker or new employee.
