Purpose:	The Milford Annex currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: Division of State Service Centers (DSSC) Adopt-a-Family Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) DART Bus Ticket Sales Dental Transportation Emergency Assistance Service (EAS) Emergency Shelter - is provided for eligible EAS clients Needy Family Fund Food Closet Kinship Care Program Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Food Stamps General Assistance Healthy Children Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Division of Management Services (DMS) Audit and Recovery Management Services (ARMS) Division for the Visually Impaired (DVI) Education Services Independent Living Services Orientation and Mobility Services Training Center Services Vocational Rehabilitation Services Delaware Department of Administrative Services division: Division of Support Operations Fleet Services Fleet Services supports the automotive missions of Delaware State agencies 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
