Purpose:	The Laurel State Service Center currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: Division of State Service Centers (DSSC) Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) DART Bus Ticket Sales Emergency Assistance Service (EAS) Emergency Shelter - is provided for eligible EAS clients Needy Family Fund Food Closet Kinship Care Program Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Food Stamps General Assistance Healthy Children Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Division of Public Health (DPH) Prevention Team/Immunization Action Program (IAP) Team Immunizations Investigation and follow-up of vaccine preventable diseases Delaware Department of Labor (DOL) division: Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) A Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor is available at this Center to assist those who are unable to work due to a physical or mental handicap. Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families (DSCYF) Youth Rehabilitation Delaware Court of Chancery (COC) Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) and other services: Delmarva Rural Ministries Migrant Program
