Purpose:	The Claymont State Service Center/Claymont Community Center currently offers client services administered or funded by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: Division of State Service Centers (DSSC) Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) Emergency Assistance Service (EAS) Emergency Shelter - is provided for eligible EAS clients Needy Family Fund Food Closet Kinship Care Program Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Food Stamps General Assistance Healthy Children Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Division of Public Health (DPH) Adult Health Clinic (staffed by volunteer physicians) Family Health Services Physicals Sick Visits Women's Health Care Blood Pressure Screening Flu Shots Child Health Clinic Lead Screening and Referrals Immunizations Pregnancy Tests Tuberculosis screening and follow-up Health Education WIC - Supplemental Nutrition Program for pregnant and nursing women, infants and young children. Teen Pregnancy Prevention Programs Community Outreach Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) Community Mental Health and other programs: Adopt-a-Family
