A. Statewide, our office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and our facilities are open from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Contact our Office Locations with any questions.

A. Generally, you will need to bring income information such as pay stubs, Social Security numbers and birth dates for all household members, and any documents, such as bills or notices, with which you need help.
