and certification of sex offender treatment professionals wishing to practice and provide services
in Delaware to convicted adult sex offenders and/or adjudicated juveniles must be certified by the board

Long Term Care Ombudsman Program
This Program investigates and resolves complaints made by (or on behalf of) residents of long term care
facilities. The program also provides volunteer opportunities for friendly visitors/advocates in nursing
Adult Protective Services
This program responds to cases of suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of impaired adults living
in the community.
