The Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) connects Delaware residents to timely, effective services for mental health, substance use, and gambling conditions. By working with community partners and operating the Delaware Psychiatric Center, DSAMH provides prevention, treatment, crisis response, and recovery supports across the state.
