WHAT: Delaware Department of Health and Social Services Secretary Rita Landgraf will give an update on activity on Delaware's health insurance marketplace - including enrollments, outreach activity, discontinued insurance policies, Medicaid, and website enhancements - as part of the rescheduled December meeting of the Delaware Health Care Commission, the public entity that reviews activities associated with the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. The meeting originally was scheduled for Dec. 10, but was postponed because of a pending storm. Insurance Commission Karen Weldin Stewart will not be able to attend the rescheduled meeting because of a scheduling conflict. Commissioner Stewart has a prior commitment and will be in Washington at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Fall National Conference.
