TANF AND SNAP WORK REQUIREMENTS
The work requirements for TANF and SNAP have restarted. If you do not have an exemption from work requirements, you must work or participate with the Division of Social Services' Employment and Training programs to continue to receive TANF cash assistance or SNAP food benefits. EBT FRAUD ALERT!Delaware Health and Social Services recently discovered a SNAP food benefit fraud operation that involved Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card skimming/cloning. Thieves are using illegal electronic devices to copy EBT card information and steal food benefits.

SNAP ONLINE PURCHASING PROGRAMHouseholds can use their Delaware EBT cards to shop and pay for eligible food items online at participating stores. Click here to learn more about purchasing groceries online with your SNAP food benefits or P-EBT benefits.
