Routine samples collected in June 2016 showed an average nitrate concentration in the drinking water of 11.1 mg/L. This is above the nitrate standard, or maximum contaminant level, of 10 mg/L that the State of Delaware, Division of Public Health has adopted.
We will investigate the installation of treatment or drilling a new well to resolve the nitrate issue.
We anticipate resolving the problem within six months. We will inform you when this problem has been corrected.
