Service Enrollment Support
| Program/Service description | Service Enrollment Support is provided by the Delaware Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) to help people find and get enrolled in the long term care services that they need. Service Enrollment Support can assist with such tasks as understanding service eligibility criteria, filling out applications, collecting needed documentation, providing transportation to intake interviews, or other activities related to service enrollment. |
