Elderly & Disabled Medicaid Waiver Renewal Application Approved
The Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities, along with the Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance, is pleased to announce that Delaware's application to renew its Elderly and Disabled (E&D) Waiver has been approved. The Waiver was approved for a five-year period by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the federal oversight agency.
The E&D Waiver offers an alternative to nursing home care by providing services, such as personal care, adult day services, respite care, and emergency response systems, to help participants live safely at home.
More information about the E&D Waiver is available in other sections
