Draft 2008 Employment Program State Plan Available for Public Comment

About the proposed plan

The State of Delaware receives funding for the Title V, Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) through the Older Americans Act and the U.S. Department of Labor.  SCSEP provides subsidized community service work experience, job skills training, job search assistance, and supportive services for eligible Older Delawareans.  SCSEP goals include community service and economic self-sufficiency.  The Senior Community Service Employment Program State Plan is a four-year strategy for the statewide provision of SCSEP.
