| Program/Service description | The Delaware Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is a one-stop access point for information and services for older persons and adults with physical disabilities throughout the State. The Delaware ADRC is operated by the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities with support from partner agencies. The ADRC can help people learn more about available resources, decide what services would be best for them, and find the services that they need. Services provided by the ADRC include: The Delaware ADRC can be reached by phone or e-mail. (See contact information below.) Services are provided in various locations, including in homes, hospitals, long term care facilities, or other locations, depending on the needs of the individuals being served. |
