1.  stamp it in the center of the rectangle
2.  Make sure your ink pad has enough black ink (not too much, not too little)
3.  Make sure to apply the right pressure to avoid unwanted spots or marks around the number
4.  This is the only place where the stamp should go.
5.  Have a designated person (other than the person stamping the vouchers) review all 
    vouchers for accuracy before depositing them in the bank.
6.  Only the Vendor Stamp provided by WIC can be used.  Handwritten numbers cannot replace 
    the rubber stamp.
