Are you looking for one person to fill the contract or an agency to supply multiple personnel throughout the year to fill the position? Answer: Individuals as well as agencies are welcome to bid. Child Development Watch is seeking one BSN as this position will carry a client caseload. 12. What does medically fragile mean? Answer: Medically fragile is considered to be premature babies, clients with downs syndrome and other syndromes and disabilities. Once stabilized, these babies are transferred from an Advanced Practice Nurse to a BSN. 13. Will travel be billable? Answer: Travel will not be billable. 14. Will vacation time need to be covered? Answer: Vacations that last one week or less will not need to be covered. 15. Will the services be in the homes of the clients? Answer: Services will be from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, in the home of the clients and other locations in the community such as daycares, schools and other agencies. 16. Will there be an on-call element? Answer: No, this position will not be on-call. 17. Will the State provide a cell phone? Answer: Child Development Watch has a few cell phones on site to be checked out by staff as needed. 18. Page 9, Section III. B. states that subcontractors will not be permitted for this project. That has been changed to say “The use of subcontractors will be permitted for this project.” 19. What is the number of hours of service for this position? Answer: 37.5 hours per week. Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. 20. This contract will be funded by ARRA funds and will run from April 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011.
