As proposers will need to locate a facility for this program, the submission due date is being extended until ON OR BEFORE 11:15 am on October 5, 2009. I will distribute an updated line-item budget form tomorrow to include facility costs which will now be considered allowable. The proposed location must be in Kent or Sussex Counties. I will also distribute an updated schedule of events. This change also impacts the maximum number of beds that can be proposed - the minimum is 20 (15 DSAMH, 5 other 3rd party). Sources and amounts of other revenue must be identified. I will accept emailed questions on these changes until 12 Noon on Friday, August 28. Responses will be distributed on Monday, August 31, 2009.
