Q.	Are you requesting a cost based budget?
A.	No, DVI will use a fee for service contract.

Q.	If DVI considers a proposal to have an excessive rate will the 
vendor be ruled out?
A.         No, the rates will be negotiated.  

Q.	    Is payment for placement at intervals an option?
A.	Yes, Milestone payments for job placement and supported 
employment will continue to be utilized.	

Q.	Will services be pre-authorized?
A.	Yes, every vendor must receive a pre-authorization for services 
prior to the service being rendered.

Q.	How many clients do you anticipate will be served?
A. 	Based on last years numbers we anticipate 30 referrals for 
services statewide.

Q.	How long is the contract period?
A.	One year.

Q.	My business is in Maryland, am I required to have a Delaware 
Business License?
A.	No, only businesses that are not considered 501 C are required to 
have a  Delaware Business License.
