1)	  	Is the provided floor plan current? 

	Answer:  YES.

2)	Upon inspection of physical site it is noted there is no drain for the staff area sink shown on the 
floor plan – will a sink still be installed in the location indicated on the floor plan?

	Answer:  YES. The sink is to be installed in the location noted on the floor plan (Staff Room).   The 
drain will be pump-based so no floor drain will be needed. Water supply will come from above.

3)	Can we get construction specs for plumbing and electrical?

	Answer:  Electrical plans are attached. Plumbing plans are unavailable. 

4)	Is the electric supply 230 volt single phase?

	Answer:  Electrical supply is 3-phase 208 volts flash 120 volts.
