Delaware to unveil new animal welfare license plate

Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS), Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH), Office of Animal Welfare; animal protection organizations; and four-legged friends

WHAT Press conference to unveil the newly designed animal welfare license plate and to announce the winning artist's name. Proceeds from plate sales are used to provide free or low-cost spay and neuter surgeries for low-income pet owners and caretakers.
