TOWNSEND FIRE VICTIM IDENTIFIED BY MEDICAL EXAMINER'S OFFICE


WILMINGTON (July 3, 2013) - The Delaware Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has identified the victim of a June 29 fatal house fire in Townsend as James B. Wallace, 46, of Townsend.

The victim's death was ruled an accident by the Medical Examiner's Office.

The victim was found inside the burning home in the 700 block of Money Road near Noxontown Pond Road, according to the Delaware State Fire Marshal. The fire remains under investigation.
