WHAT:	Celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Clean Indoor Air Act, the law that banned smoking in indoor locations. Delaware was the second state, after California, to pass a law against smoking in indoor workplaces and public places. This landmark law is a key component of on-going efforts to reduce the impact of smoking in Delaware
