After a recent on-site inspection, the Division of Public Health (DPH) determined Sucker Free Tattoos at 2427 Kirkwood Highway in Elsmere, DE was operating without the necessary permit and closed the establishment.

DPH encourages customers and employees who may be experiencing any health issues to contact their family physicians for a medical evaluation.
