FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
STORM DAMAGE MAY TEMPORARILY SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT
Customer Service Unit Closed for Next 24 Hours
New Castle - The administrative offices and customer service unit of the Division of Child Support Enforcement at Churchman's Crossing sustained significant damage during Wednesday's storm.
The customer service unit closed today at 3 p.m. and is expected to re-open late Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. In the upcoming days, the Voice Response Unit will be available to check payments and obtain general child support information. Because of the need to dismantle all of the equipment in the customer service area, customer service representatives will be unavailable.
All other services are normal.
