CAREER EXPO TO HELP DELAWARE PARENTS FIND JOBS, PAY CHILD SUPPORT


The Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) hopes to help unemployed or underemployed parents who owe child support to find jobs so they can meet their child support obligations. To help these parents, DCSE will sponsor a Career Expo on Sept. 23, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., at the Wyndham Hotel, 700 King St., Wilmington.

While the Expo will target non-custodial parents who owe child support, all Delaware residents are invited to attend this free event. DCSE is advertising broadly and mailing invitations directly to more than 3,000 Delaware parents who have a current child support order and are having problems meeting their child support obligations because of their employment status.

The Career Expo will showcase Delaware employers and training providers, including:
