CLEAN INDOOR AIR ACT HEARING CANCELLED
Tonight's public hearing to receive comment on regulations under Delaware's Clean Indoor Act has been cancelled due to closure of Delaware Technical & Community College for inclement weather.
The hearing was scheduled for 7 p.m. at Del Tech's Terry Campus in Dover to discuss a proposed definition of private clubs.
Delaware's Division of Public Health will reschedule the hearing and announce the new date.
