Governor Ruth Ann Minner and Delaware Health and Social Services' Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH), will participate in National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery in September through a series of activities and events in New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties.
On behalf of Governor Minner and DSAMH, the Delaware Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (DELARF) will coordinate events that support the national theme, "Join the Voices of Recovery: Celebrating Health." The month highlights the strides made in the field of substance abuse treatment.
