Public Information Officers on the Move
DOVER - Cynthia H. Collier, Regional Public Affairs Officer with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Philadelphia, PA., has been chosen as the new Communications Director for Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS), effective June 1st. Ms. Collier replaces Jennifer Castleberry, who has since relocated to California with her family.
Ron Gough, Public Information Officer (PIO) with the Division of Public Health, has been selected as the new PIO for the Department of Education (DOE), also effective June 1st. Mr. Gough replaces Alexis Andrianopoulos, who left DOE to return to the private sector.
