HEARINGS SET FOR HEALTH FUND ADVISORY COMMITTEE SPEAKERS CAN SIGN UP NOW
Panel recommending how $775 million tobacco settlement funds should be spent seeks input
The DELAWARE HEALTH FUND ADVISORY COMMITTEE, chaired by Delaware Health & Social Services Secretary Gregg C. Sylvester, MD, will hold public hearings to get input on how Delaware should spend the money it receives as part of the national tobacco settlement.

The following is some information that you may find helpful in preparing your public comment.
- Pre-registered speakers will present public comment first.
- Non-registered speakers may sign up at the Public Hearings and will speak at the conclusion of registered speakers.
- Organizations are asked to have one (1) speaker present comment on behalf the organization. Additional speakers representing the same organization will be given the opportunity to speak at the conclusion of non-registered speakers, time permitting.
- Each speaker will be given three (3) minutes for his/her public comment.
- The Committee is seeking input from the public on health issues facing Delaware. Please focus comments on "issues" rather than on specific program proposals
- Written comments will be accepted at the public hearing.
