Parents Who Owe Child Support Must Now Go To Work

WHY: The Parents Seek Work Program will increase an unemployed or under-employed non-custodial parent's ability to meet his/her child support obligations by requiring work and removing many of the barriers to employment. The requirement to work will help improve the ability to pay support and help foster self-sufficiency in the families who depend on the support payments.
