Purpose:	The Limestone Building currently offers administrative and client services by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: Division of Public Health (DPH) Home Visits to pregnant women and children(Smart Start and Kids Kare) Home Visiting Program for First-Time Parents HIV/AIDS Case Management AIDS Medical Wavier Program Child Development Watch - early intervention services for children birth to three years Community group workshops Lead poisoning case management and education Vital Statistics - birth certificates Business Hours: 8:00 am - 4:15 pm Monday through Friday, except Holidays Communicable disease follow-up Cancer Registry Health Facilities Licensing and Inspection Environmental Health/Health Systems Protection
