Purpose: The DSS/4th Street Building currently offers administrative and client services by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) division:

(Including: Claymont, North Wilmington, Philadelphia)
  1. I-95 South
  2. Take the Martin Luther King Boulevard exit
  3. Turn Right onto 4th Street
  4. The DSS/4th Street Building will be on the Right between DuPont and Scott Streets

From the South:
(Including: The city of New Castle, Lower New Castle County and Kent and Sussex Counties)
  1. I-95 North
  2. Take the Martin Luther King Boulevard exit
  3. Turn Left onto 4th Street
  4. The DSS/4th Street Building will be on the Right between DuPont and Scott Streets

From the East:
(Including: downtown Wilmington and Landlith)
  1. Take King Street South
  2. Turn Right onto 4th Street
  3. The DSS/4th Street Building will be on the Right between DuPont and Scott Streets

From the West:
(Including: Elsmere and Stanton)
  1. Route 2/Kirkwood Highway East
    (Kirkwood Highway will become Lincoln Street)
  2. Proceed on Lincoln Street to 4th Street
  3. Turn Right onto 4th Street
  4. Proceed on 4th Street for approximately 1 block
  5. The DSS/4th Street Building will be on the Left between DuPont and Scott Streets
Parking: Parking for the DSS/4th Street Building can be found behind the building on DuPont Street.
