Purpose:	The Picnic Grove is available to all DHSS Employees on a first come first served basis and is maintained by: The Division of Management Services (DMS) Facilities Operations Reservations are handled by: The Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health(DSAMH) Delaware Psychiatric Center(DPC) Any additional equipment (for example, grills) can be obtained by contacting Maintenance.

Right from Route 13 South(North duPont Highway) into Delaware Health and Social Services'(DHSS) Herman M. Holloway Campus Need directions to DHSS Holloway Campus? Right onto DHSS traffic circle Right onto the North Loop (1^st turn or "A" on the map) Proceed toward first intersection ("Q") The Picnic Grove is on the left (just before intersection "Q").
