Purpose:	The Northeast State Service Center currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: Division of State Service Centers (DSSC) Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) DART Bus Ticket Sales Emergency Assistance Service (EAS) Emergency Shelter - is provided for eligible EAS clients Needy Family Fund Family Visitation Center Food Closet Kinship Care Program Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Food Stamps General Assistance Healthy Children Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Division of Public Health (DPH) Sexual and Reproductive Health - Family Planning; STD Diagnosis and Treatment Pregnancy testing and counseling HIV counseling and testing WIC - Supplemental Nutrition Program for pregnant and nursing women, infants and young children Division of Substance Abuse & Mental Health (DSAMH) Mental Health Treatment Services and New Castle County Partnership Community Outreach Paternity Testing by Family Court of Delaware KIOSK CENTER Including: DHSS Kiosk Conectiv Power Kiosk HUD Kiosk
