Purpose:	The Floyd I. Hudson State Service Center currently offers administrative and client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: Division of State Service Centers (DSSC) Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) Dental Transportation Emergency Assistance Service (EAS) Emergency Shelter - is provided for eligible EAS clients Needy Family Fund Family Visitation Center Food Closet Kinship Care Program Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Food Stamps General Assistance Healthy Children Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Division of Public Health (DPH) Children's Immunizations Well Clinic Care for uninsured Tuberculosis (TB) Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment Pregnancy Testing by appointment Lead Screening HIV education WIC - Supplemental Nutrition Program for pregnant and nursing women, infants and young children. Division of Substance Abuse & Mental Health (DSAMH) Community Mental Health - Newark Facility Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS) Newark Day Habilitation Center and other programs: Alcoholics Anonymous Delawareans United to Prevent Child Abuse Newark Habilitation Program Newark Family Counseling Center NCALL Research CHILD, Inc.
