- I-95 South
- Take Route 141 North/Newport Exit
- Proceed on 141 North for approximately 1 mile
- Take the Boxwood Road Exit (merge onto Centreville Road)
- Stay in the left lane of Centreville Road and take a Left onto Boxwood Road (at intersection)
- Move to the Right lane before reaching the next light
- (From the Right lane)Make a Left onto Newport Gap Pike
- Turn Right onto Lloyd Street (this is a quick turn)
- Proceed to the end of Lloyd Street
- The Belvedere State Service Center will be facing you
From the South:
(Including: The city of New Castle, Lower New Castle County and Kent and Sussex Counties)
- I-95 North
- Take Route 141 North/Newport Exit

Parking for the Belvedere State Service Center can be found adjacent to the building. Proceed to the end of Lloyd Street and turn Right onto Kiamensi Road. Proceed past the Center and turn Left into its parking lot.
