Registration and Fees

You can register for any combination of workshops.  Monday's keynote address and luncheon are included when you register for any daytime workshop.  Tuition is based on the total number of days of training for which you are registering, as follows:

Tuition:
3 Hour Keynote Address and Awards Luncheon only	$75.00
3 Hour Evening Mini-Workshop: Ethics	$75.00
3 Hour Evening Mini-Workshop: CPR-AED	$75.00
1 Full Day of Training/Contiuing Education- Choose from:       - Keynote/Awards Luncheon and half day Workshop (Monday only)       - 1 Day Workshop	$150.00
2 Full Days of Training	$250.00
3 Full Days of Training	$350.00
4 Full Days of Training	$450.00
5 Full Days of Training	$550.00

Lodging:

Participants may opt to stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton at 640 S. College Avenue in Newark, DE.  The phone number is (302)453-9700.  The conference rate for participants is $139.00 plus applicable taxes.  You must make your reservations before June 27, 2008 in order to get this rate.  This rate includes a hot breakfast and dinner daily. Complimentary transportation to and from Clayton Hall is provided by the hotel.  You must identify yourself as a " summer institute participant" when making your reservation.  Reservations for hotel accommodations should be made by the participant.
