Our theme for this year is: Networking and Collaboration: The Strength of Systems
The theme is based on the President’s New Freedom Initiative to promote the integration and pooling of resources amongst the various Delaware agencies with which a single consumer might be involved. A systems of care approach will review an individual’s strengths, talents, interests and background and then explore how the various community and service system resources can be best utilized for that individual.
You are invited to choose among workshops offering a large variety of topics, duration, targeted audiences, and costs.
